Course Access & Digital Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method

Educational products are delivered digitally. Delivery may occur through a password-protected course platform, private webpage, cloud folder, downloadable file, email instructions, video-conferencing link, or another electronic method described in the order confirmation. No physical product is included unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

2. Access Activation

Access is normally activated after successful payment and completion of any required registration. Some live or group programs require manual scheduling and may not be immediately available. The participant is responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam, promotions, quarantine, or security folders for delivery messages.

If access instructions have not arrived within a reasonable time, the participant should contact Motionforge Edit with the purchase email and transaction reference. Duplicate accounts should not be created unless instructed.

3. Access Period

The access period shown on the sales page, checkout, invoice, or order confirmation controls. When no duration is displayed for a recorded course, access is provided for twelve months from activation. Live-session links are limited to the scheduled session. Download links may expire earlier for security and storage reasons, but a participant may request a refreshed link during the applicable course-access period.

Access is a limited license, not a transfer of ownership. Motionforge Edit may update, reorganize, migrate, or replace the delivery platform while preserving substantially equivalent access during the applicable period.

4. Personal Account Use

Course access is issued to the registered participant and may not be shared, sold, rented, sublicensed, transferred, or made available through a shared team login. Group access must be purchased under a written group offer that specifies the permitted participants. Motionforge Edit may limit concurrent sessions, require reauthentication, or suspend access when credential sharing or unauthorized distribution is reasonably suspected.

5. Downloads and Local Storage

Some resources may be downloadable for the participant's personal educational use. Download permission does not authorize redistribution, public posting, sale, incorporation into a competing course, removal of ownership notices, or transfer to another person. The participant is responsible for maintaining local backups of permitted downloads after a link expires. Motionforge Edit is not required to provide indefinite re-downloads after the access period ends.

6. Course Updates

Motion Capture hardware, software, documentation, licensing, and interface design change over time. Motionforge Edit may revise lessons, replace obsolete demonstrations, remove broken references, add clarifications, or substitute compatible resources. An update does not guarantee that every historical lesson will remain available in its original form.

Where a material portion of a course becomes unavailable during a paid access period, Motionforge Edit may provide replacement content, an alternative resource, an access extension, or another reasonable remedy.

7. Platform and Technical Requirements

The participant must use a supported browser, device, operating system, internet connection, media player, email account, and any third-party software required for the selected program. System requirements may be described on the sales page or in access instructions. Corporate firewalls, regional restrictions, browser extensions, outdated devices, and third-party security tools may affect access.

Participants should not use automated download tools, scraping software, credential-sharing services, or systems that interfere with platform security. Such activity may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

8. Live Session Delivery

Live sessions are delivered through the platform stated in the confirmation. The participant should join early enough to test audio, video, screen sharing, and account access. Unless otherwise agreed, the participant is responsible for local recording permissions, workplace authorization, and confidentiality obligations connected with any materials displayed during the session.

A session may include live demonstrations that depend on the instructor's current software version, hardware environment, and available sample data. Equivalent demonstrations may be substituted when a third-party platform is unavailable.

9. Service Interruptions

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting outages, software updates, cybersecurity events, internet failures, or events beyond reasonable control. Motionforge Edit will use reasonable efforts to restore affected access. Scheduled maintenance may occur without individual notice when the interruption is brief.

If a prolonged interruption prevents meaningful use during the paid access period, an extension or alternative delivery method may be provided. Refund eligibility is governed by the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy and mandatory law.

10. Account Suspension and Reinstatement

Access may be suspended for nonpayment, disputed payment, credential sharing, abusive behavior, security threats, unauthorized copying, or other material policy violations. Reinstatement may require identity verification, correction of the violation, payment of outstanding amounts, or written confirmation that misuse will not continue. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.

11. End of Access

At the end of the access period, streaming lessons, protected pages, hosted resources, and support features may become unavailable. Permitted downloads already saved by the participant may continue to be used under the Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use Policy. The participant must stop using any material where the applicable license or written notice states that access ends with the course term.

12. Accessibility and Alternative Formats

Participants who encounter an accessibility barrier should contact Motionforge Edit and describe the affected content and requested assistance. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide captions, transcripts, alternative documents, adjusted delivery, or another accommodation. Availability depends on the nature of the content, technology, and requested format.
